仕事が終わった金曜の夜から土曜の朝まで、自由にコードを書いてビジュアルを作ったり、見聞きしたものを目コピしたり。誰にも何も言われない深夜に自由に制作する。その時間がとても好きだった。
FridayDebugView（FDV）は、そんな金曜の夜の制作物をまとめた場所。
仕事で書いたコードも、趣味で書いたコードも、ここにはざっくばらんに載っている。自分にとっては仕事と趣味の境目が曖昧で、どこまでが仕事でどこからがスケッチなのかの区別はあまりないかもしれない。
完成したものも、未完で終わったものも、その時の気分でしかなかったものも、編集せずに並べている。rettuce.com が完成まで行った制作物の置き場だとすれば、ここはそれよりもっと手前の、未編集のスケッチが残る場所。
From Friday nights after work into Saturday morning, I'd write code and make visuals, or try to recreate something I'd seen. Just making freely, in the late hours when no one had anything to say. I loved that time.
FridayDebugView (FDV) is a collection of those Friday night creations.
Work code and personal code sit side by side here. For me, the line between work and hobby has always been blurry — I'm not sure where one ends and the other begins.
Finished, unfinished, or just a passing mood — everything sits here unedited. If rettuce.com is for work carried through to completion, this is further back from that — where the raw sketches stay.

ビジュアルアーティスト / プログラマー。1985年大阪生まれ。インターネットやプログラミングを用いた視覚表現・デザインを軸に、ライブパフォーマンス、インスタレーション、スポーツ演出、舞台、建築など幅広い領域で活動。
2024年に IE3 を設立。それ以前は Rhizomatiks（2014–2024）、AID-DCC / Katamari Inc.（2011–2014）などに所属。
主な仕事に、Tokyo 2020 Olympics 男女100m決勝ビジュアル演出、Rio 2016 Olympics 閉会式、渋谷サクラステージ メディアファサード、東急電鉄 駒沢大学駅 リアルタイムサイネージなど。

普段は IE3 というクリエイティブユニットで活動している。FDV はそこから独立した、個人の R&D 実験ログ。
I'm also part of IE3, a creative unit. FDV is independent of that — a personal R&D log.
